Nenad Pešut is the founder and partner in our Law Firm with more than 25 years of experience in representing and advising domestic and foreign clients on corporate law, incorporation, restructuring, transformation, takeover, merger, acquisition (M&A) and split-up of companies, commercial contracts, real estate transactions, as well as in regulatory matters, labor law and dispute resolution. After law studies in Zagreb and postgraduate studies in Germany (LL.M., Cologne), Nenad gained valuable experience in a renowned international law firm, which determined his further professional development. Since 1997 as a lawyer and since 2001 as a partner in the legal predecessors of our firm, Nenad has advised and represented numerous domestic and foreign companies, primarily from German-speaking countries.
